Capsule's Vendor-Neutral, Enterprise Device Connectivity Solution is comprised of both electronic medical software and hardware components, providing a modular solution that can be used for device integration from any biomedical device to any information system. The key components of our solution are our award-winning DataCaptor Connectivity Software and innovative Capsule Neuron platform.

Our solution is designed to retrieve and deliver data from virtually any type of bedside medical device and send it to clinical or hospital information systems using HL7 standards. We collect all available data from bedside devices via direct serial connection to the device or via the hospital’s existing network, directly or through a gateway. And, our solution features true plug and play connectivity for automatic device identification so users can connect and reconnect medical devices without the need for reconfiguration thereby enabling easy relocation of devices between beds or hospital rooms.
