Capsule’s flagship product, DataCaptor, provides interfaces between standalone and/or networked medical device(s) and hospital information systems. DataCaptor collects, decodes and distributes all medical data made available at the digital communication port(s) of the medical device.
Position Description:
Seeking a skilled Project Manager with a hardware logistics focus to join our team. This Andover-based position is responsible for providing hardware order fulfillment as well as Project Management services to the field teams and engineers tasked with delivering and installing Capsule’s products.
Primary responsibilities and activities include:
- Utilize SAP (Business One):
o Will utilize Sales Module to enter orders.
o Will utilize Purchasing Module to issue purchase orders are accept goods into inventory.
o Will utilize Sales Opportunities Module to create new accounts are structure tracking.
o Will utilize Inventory Module to manage inventory counts and perform adjustments.
o Will utilize Reports Module to execute system-default \ user-defined reports
o Must be familiar with Print Layout Designer
- Provide detailed project management structure to direct installations
- Organize and schedule the business processes / procedures for a successful implementation
o Lead kick off calls
o Provide project oversight
o Drive weekly status calls
o Reporting
- Primarily phone support – occasional onsite travel required
- Coordinate with Paris and Andover based engineering teams to identify scheduling issues and facilitate their completion.
The job requires business travel of 10-20%. The position requires a high degree of flexibility with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills are necessary to successfully present the Capsule message to individuals and groups in a professional manner.
Required Skills:
- Several years experience in the Healthcare IT space with Clinical Information Systems applications
- SAP (Business One) experience with workflow processing and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with system integration type projects
- Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills, and teamwork skills.
- Clear Project Management skills with standard software applications such as MS Project, etc.
- Strong communication skills in matrix organization and with external vendor partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration\Computer Science or equivalent required.
